POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for the Corporation’s real estate function and risk management functions. It coordinates all risk and real estate programs and vendor relationships in support of the Corporation’s operational goals and strategic objectives. In addition to site selection project management, the position collaborates with local and state government officials in the negotiation of economic incentives, as well as evaluation of strategic business acquisitions and expansions across all business lines . The position is responsible for all aspects of the risk management program including loss prevention, risk retention, risk avoidance, risk transfer, captive management, claims handling, self-insurance and insurance.…
