The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to plant leadership and employees, supporting all aspects of human resources within an assigned manufacturing location. This role is responsible for partnering with management to drive talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce development, benefits administration, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP provides hands-on HR support while developing strong partnerships with employees and leaders to ensure alignment with business objectives and company values.
