About We are currently seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day administrative support/assistant for our immigration consulting company. Qualification/Benefits - Must have previous experience in the administrative assistant role - Must have excellent organization and time management skills - Ability to effectively proofread documents and emails - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Experience with general office tasks - Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned - Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook - Professional demeanor, positive attitude - Weekly base pay
