About the Role: To coordinate and participate in a variety of complex technical tasks in the performance of laboratory tests used to obtain data for use by the physician in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Process and accession patient samples. Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests that may include chemical, microscopic, bacteriologic and other examinations, from waived to high complexity. Operate and maintain manual and automated laboratory equipment. Prepare reagents, chemicals, and other solutions. Evaluate and release patient test and quality control results.
