Job Description Compliance and Risk Services has an outstanding opportunity for a Compliance Analyst to join their team. About this Opportunity Reporting to the Public Records Officer, the Compliance Analyst position is a delegated responsibility for public records requests of a more complex nature. The role involves reviewing and analyzing the Washington State Public Records Act, HIPAA, FERPA, trade secret and intellectual property laws, and other state and federal statutes. The Compliance Analyst works closely with faculty and staff, as appropriate , to determine if any portion of the records may be exempted under these statutes or under case law.…
