Job Description Housing & Food Services has an outstanding opportunity for a Custodian to join their team. About this Opportunity Reporting to Custodian Supervisor, the Custodian is responsible for performing custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness and care of facilities and providing customer service for residential students and conferees. Key Responsibilities Custodial Services (80% ) Perform routine and periodic cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of residence halls, restrooms, shower facilities, common areas, kitchens, stairwells, elevators, windows, and other assigned spaces. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces. Perform specialized floor care, including stripping, buffing, polishing, and carpet cleaning.…
