Job Description UW Tacoma Facilities Services has an outstanding opportunity for a Facilities Operations Maintenance Specialist (FOMS) to join their team. About this Opportunity Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor 2, the FOMS is responsible for work in the inspection, testing, servicing, and preventative maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic, electronic, and electrical controls for heating, air-conditioning, and related equipment. This position provides primary support for campus fire detection and suppression systems and evaluates equipment operations problems and responding to building emergencies.
