Job Description UW ICA Facilities has an outstanding opportunity for Maintenance Mechanic 2 to join their team. About this Opportunity Reporting to the Maintenance Mechanic Lead, the Maintenance Mechanic 2 is responsible for keeping UW Athletics' facilities and specialized equipment, safe, functional, and game-ready through preventative maintenance, repairs, and custom shop fabrication. By setting up and supporting venues for competitions and events (and leading staff in doing so), this person directly enables the department's 650+ student-athletes and 22 sports programs to train and compete without disruption. The role also carries an essential-function designation and a strong compliance focus, so reliability and adherence to University, NCAA, and State rules are central to its impact.…
