Job Description UW Medicine Insurance Eligibility and Financial Counseling Services Team (IECS) has an outstanding opportunity for a Patient Financial Counselor Lead . WORK SCHEDULE 100% FTE (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday; 8:00am-4:30pm Day Shift 1 day Hybrid after a 6-month probation period This position will float between UW Medical Center Montlake and Northwest Hospital, with Montlake serving as the primary location. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS This is an onsite position for the first 6 months, with potential for transitioning to a hybrid work schedule upon successful completion of the probationary period Serve as a team lead, supporting staff through training, guidance, and performance feedback.
