Job Description The division of Orientation and Transition Programs has an outstanding opportunity for a Peer Coach Program Manager to join their team. About This Opportunity: Reporting to the Assistant Director of Peer Coaching within Orientation and Transition Programs, this role is responsible for leading the first-year peer coaching program and supporting student success initiatives. The position oversees the recruitment, training, and supervision of 30 undergraduate peer coaches, ensuring they are equipped to effectively support incoming students. This role plays a key part in advancing retention, belonging, and academic success for all first-year students at UWB.
