Job Description Harborview Float Pool has an outstanding opportunity for a Program Coordinator/Scheduler. WORK SCHEDULE Full-time, 100% FTE (40 hours per week) Day Shift Mondays- Fridays On-site/No Telework POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Only Level I trauma and burn center in the region Close proximity to public transportation Harborview ranks among the nation's top hospitals in rehabilitation care, neurology, neurosurgery and orthopedics PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Triage medical information in a specific medical or surgical specialty Schedule post-surgery diagnostic procedures and follow-up patient appointments Act as a liaison between patients, consulting physician, referring physician, or outside agency to coordinate patient appointments, admission, or surgery.…
