Job Description RN3 / Assistant Nurse Manager / TSICU (Trauma Surgical ICU) / Harborview Medical Center Harborview Medical Center – TSICU has an outstanding opportunity for Registered Nurse 3 (RN3) / Assistant Nurse Manager . WORK SCHEDULE 90% FTE (36 hours per week), Day Shift The RN3 / Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) utilizes the nursing process to prioritize, delegate, and provide the safe, therapeutic allocation of nursing resources to patients/families. The ANM makes independent judgments, decisions, and take action regarding a wide range of routine and complex staffing and unit workflow issues. The ANM collaborates with appropriate disciplines to coordinate continuity of patient care from admission through discharge in support of the medical and nursing plans of care.…
