Job Description UW Medical Center-Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for a Clinical Documentation Specialist for Oncology (RN). WORK SCHEDULE Full Time Monday - Friday Remote position POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Reviews clinical documentation, makes judgments regarding the completeness and quality of that documentation, and facilitates modifications to clinical documentation through communication with physicians, practitioners, and medical records coding staff. Ensures that pertinent patient conditions and treatments are documented such that appropriate reimbursement is received for the level of acuity and service rendered to all patients using a DRG based payer (Medicare) methodology.…
