Job Description UW Medicine has an outstanding opportunity for a Finance Operations and UWP Provider Incentive Program Manager WORK SCHEDULE 100% FTE Days POSITION SUMMARY The Finance Operations and UWP Provider Incentive Program Manager has oversight of the semi-annual and quarterly incentives for 4,000 UW Physicians (UWP) faculty practitioners. This position will champion process improvements and risk mitigation for various workstreams within the Finance departments. This position will streamline key workstreams including but not limited to payroll, budget, management reporting, and tax-related activities. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate across teams and entities to support the identification of opportunities for automation and process enhancements to improve efficiency.…
