About this role

Your mission As VP Finance (all genders) at VÆRIDION, you will build and lead the financial backbone of a capital-intensive deep-tech aerospace scale-up. You will drive financial steering, ensure strong finance hygiene, and lead financing and fundraising activities to support our transition from development to industrialization. You will work closely with the executive leadership team and act as a key strategic partner across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions. A strong focus of this role lies on structuring and executing asset financing, venture debt, development credits, and fundraising activities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
