About this role
Our Project Management Office is currently looking to add a PMO Process Specialist to our growing team, based in Calgary, AB; Edmonton, AB; or Vaughan, ON. Reporting to the Director, PMO, we are seeking an experienced process development professional with a strong background in construction or EPC project delivery to design, document, and drive the adoption of the standards and frameworks that define how Valard executes projects. This is a builder role — you will be creating rigorous, field-ready processes from the ground up across multiple workstreams, working closely with Operations, Project Controls, Estimating, Contract Management, Finance, Procurement, and HSEQ teams to establish repeatable, scalable standards for project delivery.…
