Objetivo del Cargo Gestionar de manera integral los procesos de reclutamiento y selección para posiciones técnicas, profesionales y de liderazgo en las industrias de ingeniería, minería y energía, asegurando la atracción y contratación de talento altamente calificado, alineado con los requerimientos del negocio y los estándares de calidad de la organización.
