Access Representative, Infusion, Per Diem, Day

Position Summary To support patients within the assigned Outpatient Care Center (Infusion & Lab or Radiation Oncology) by providing a variety of services such as registration, preregistration, scheduling, admitting, database management, information processing, patient/department support, referrals to Patient Financial Advocates, verifying authorizations, verifying medical necessity, and verifying consents. He/she works in conjunction with other health care professionals to evaluate and address the needs of patients served to ensure timely access to services needed and coordinate care.
