Position Summary In a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, contributes professional and clinical expertise to assigned patient populations to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. The Advanced Practice Provider serving the Structural/Interventional program will be involved in the patient’s longitudinal care including pre and post procedural care, education, coordination of care, procedural assistance, follow-up, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes and program success.
