Position Summary Responsible for coordinating and optimizing patient movement throughout the hospital to ensure timely patient access to care, efficient utilization of hospital resources and safe patient placement. Works collaboratively with all patient care areas to manage patient progression and reduce delays. Education Bachelors of Science in Nursing required.
