About this role

POSITION SUMMARY: To oversee and coordinate the overall clinical operations, functions, and activities of the Home Care Team to include, but not limited to: ensuring efficient processing of referrals, evaluating services, handling scheduling to include weekend scheduling, and supervising assigned staff. EDUCATION: Graduate from a NLN accredited School of Nursing. BSN or Associate RN from a NLN accredited school preferred. EXPERIENCE: At least two (2) years experience as a RN in Home Care/ or community health. Supervisory experience preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS: Current State of New Jersey license (or legal permission to work from the New Jersey Board of Nursing). CPR (BCLS) Certification required.
