About this role

POSITION SUMMARY: To oversee and coordinate the overall clinical operations, functions, and activities of the Hospice Team to include, but not limited to ensuring efficient processing of referrals, evaluating services, handling scheduling to include weekend scheduling, and supervising assigned staff. EDUCATION: Graduate from a NLN accredited School of Nursing. BSN from a NLN accredited school preferred. EXPERIENCE: At least three (3) years' experience as an LPN or RN in Hospice/ or community health. Supervisory experience preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS: Current State of New Jersey license (or legal permission to work from the New Jersey Board of Nursing). CPR (BCLS) Certification required.
