POSITION SUMMARY: To provide direct patient care and functions as an integral part of the nursing team under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse and perform selected procedures in accordance with the New Jersey Board of Nursing. EDUCATION: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. EXPERIENCE: Completion of the Agency’s Orientation Program of the Valley Home Care. SPECIAL SKILLS: Current & valid NJ license and CPR certification. Ability to use critical thinking skills to set priorities, effectively problem-solve, and perform work accurately with attention to details, often changing from one task to another w/o loss of efficiency or composure.
