About Us: The Valley Children’s Clinical Education Department is responsible for the network-wide provision of clinical orientation, clinical education and staff development programs, services and resources that advance the strategic goals of Valley Children’s Healthcare and meet the needs of clinical staff at all locations. The team conducts educational planning that is consistent with multiple regulatory standards for the various patient care settings, and is based on information from performance improvement activities, on-going needs assessment, and a variety of health care advances.
