About Us: The Valley Children’s Healthcare Construction department manages our Madera hospital construction improvement projects along with campus and community development projects throughout the central valley. We work closely with the California Department of Healthcare Access and Information (HCAI) and the local authorities have jurisdiction to ensure all our projects conform to all required local and state building codes and compliance requirements.
