Job Summary: This position is accountable for assisting the recruiters with candidates from interview stage to date of hire, participation in a variety of projects, and supporting all recruitment activities. Is responsible for creating electronic file, coordination of interviews and the background check process. Provides a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process. Researches and assists in creative website advertising.
