About this role

POSITION SUMMARY: The Polysomnographic Trainee performs all the same functions as a Polysomnographic Technologist. This includes comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis and associated intervention under the general oversight of a Licensed, Registered Polysomnographic Technologist and/or Clinical Director or designee. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent, enrollment in an accredited Sleep Technologist Training Program. Associate of Arts, Science degree or bachelor's degree in science preferred. EXPERIENCE: Enrollment in an accredited Sleep Technologist Training Program, preferably a CAAHEP Accredited certificate program or Associates program. SPECIAL SKILLS: Current CPR (BLS) Certification.
