About this role

POSITION SUMMARY: To coordinate and facilitate patient care through the Valley Hospital Health Care System as it relates to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care and utilization of resources. EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required. ANCC case management certification preferred. Schedule: Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend Coverage: Travel between Paramus and Ridgewood campuses during weekend shifts EXPERIENCE: Minimum five years experience in utilization review management and/or case management preferred. Minimum 5 years experience as a registered nurse required. SPECIAL SKILLS: Registered Nurse. Licensed in State of New Jersey.
