About this role
We are seeking a hands-on Facility Engineer to keep workshop equipment, facilities, and buildings safe, reliable, and efficient. You will lead equipment and facility management, preventive maintenance, TPM/5S, spare parts, safety, environmental protection, firefighting, power/gas/water systems, and maintenance KPI improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead equipment and facilities list making, gather the equipment specification and drawing, draw up the spare part list, record the medical record. 2. Formulate the equipment checklist and instruction, follow up and solve equipment problems; Lead the key equipment inspection, plan the overhaul plan and corrective plan.
