About this role

Fixed-term employment contract (18 months) The HR Analytics & Reporting Specialist delivers accurate, timely and actionable HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and workforce planning. The role ensures HR data quality, develops and maintains dashboards and reports, and drives process automation and continuous improvement. Working closely with global and local P&O teams, Finance, ESG and other stakeholders, the specialist provides insights into workforce trends and supports reporting, planning and compliance requirements.
