About this role

Deine Aufgaben Als Founders Associate (m/w/d) begleitest du den Gründer & CEO von Vamo auf Schritt und Tritt und übernimmst eigenverantwortlich folgende Aufgaben: Strategische Projektleitung: Du übernimmst selbstständig komplexe, unternehmensweite Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung (Zero to 1). Marktanalyse: Du beobachtest Marktentwicklungen und identifizierst Potenziale für Wachstum und Effizienzsteigerung im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien. Entscheidungsvorbereitung: Du erstellst fundierte Entscheidungsvorlagen, Analysen und Business Cases für unseren CEO. Operatives Day-to-Day: Du unterstützt unseren CEO bei der operativen Steuerung des Unternehmens, z.B. in den Bereichen Investor Relations oder Product.…
