About We are currently looking for IT Operations Officer for our UAE operations with the following terms & conditions. Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations, Banking Operations, or Infrastructure Support. Knowledge of banking systems such as FCUBS, T24, Way4, DCMS and UAECB Applications. Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, VPN, MPLS, and Microsoft 365. Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and vendor coordination skills. Good communication, documentation, and reporting abilities.…
