The Hoyer Lab is seeking a Research Technician to be a key part of our research team. The research in the laboratory investigates the cell biology of neurons and other cell types of the brain, including how specialized pathways remove damaged or superfluous organelles. We engineer stem cells that can be converted to neurons and glial cells. We incorporate different quality control sensors or use CRISPR/Cas9 to create disease related deletions or genetic variants.…
