About this role
Your mission The Associate Trainee – Painting & Welding will undergo structured on-the-job training in welding and painting processes, supporting production activities while developing practical skills in fabrication, welding, surface preparation, painting, inspection, safety, and production documentation. The trainee will work under the guidance of experienced supervisors, engineers, welders, and painters and shall follow approved Work Instructions, Process Specifications, Quality Requirements, PPE requirements, and applicable customer/railway standards.
