Asset Transfer Lead

Core Responsibilities: Owns end‑to‑end planning and execution of plan-level asset transfers and complex financial transactions, including development and management of detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation for all money movement events. Serves as the subject matter expert on fund lineups at both the incoming and prior recordkeeper, including mutual funds, stock, stable value, brokerage, and outside funds; proactively identifies and addresses fund-specific issues and constraints. Partners closely with internal teams, prior trustees/recordkeepers, and senior client Treasury and HR stakeholders to coordinate asset movement, re‑registration of assets, and resolution of pricing or revenue‑sharing considerations.…
