About this role

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Support Firm Approval Prioritization Coordinate the intake and review of content requests requiring firm approval. Support prioritization discussions by maintaining visibility into submission demand, firm capacity, business priorities, and approval timelines. Partner with Sales Channel Marketing leadership to communicate prioritization decisions and manage stakeholder expectations. Help ensure firm approval capacity is aligned to strategic business objectives. Manage Firm Approval Execution Submit content through firm-specific approval platforms and channels. Monitor approval status, follow up on outstanding reviews, and coordinate resubmissions when required. Maintain visibility into approval timelines, bottlenecks, and upcoming submission opportunities.…
