Responsibilities Strategic Project Engineering Leadership – 50% Serves as the senior engineering SME for complex capital projects and infrastructure initiatives. Develops and governs Engineering Owner's Project Requirements (OPR), engineering standards, and technical best practices. Reviews and approves Basis of Design (BOD) documents, major project deliverables, and technical submittals to ensure alignment with operational, reliability, and business requirements. Leads engineering participation in project gate reviews, risk assessments, and critical decision-making processes.
