About this role

We have a great new opening for a Nurse Practitioner - Psychiatric Mental Health at the Naval Medical Center San Diego Job Specific Position Duties include, but are not limited to the following: Providing comprehensive psychiatric care and treatment (e.g., assessment, consultation, medication management) to patients in the Naval Medical Center San Diego’s (NMCSD) Directorate for Behavioral Health. Performs psychiatric intakes, evaluations, and prescribes medications. Will serve as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary mental Behavioral Health. May be involved in medical student and psychiatry resident education. May provide clinical supervision to other health care professionals and trainees, such as psychology interns.…
