About this role
Serves as the company's first dedicated QA Technician, working alongside the QA Manager and Quality Engineer to own incoming inspection, machine shop part inspection, and floor-level nonconformance control across the S6 and S12 product lines. Executes inspection plans, contains and documents nonconforming material in real time, and keeps every tool and gauge on the floor within calibration. Beyond day-to-day inspection, this role builds out the incoming inspection program from the ground up, establishing the criteria, sampling plans, and records that keep inspection data trustworthy as both product lines scale to production.…
