The Pharmacist ensures the overall integrity, safety, rationality, and effectiveness of the drug use control process for all patients in the assigned geographic or specialty area, including the following patient groups: Neonates, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics. Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for Hire: Current licensure with the Virginia State Board of Pharmacy required or obtained within the first 90 days of employment Licensure, Certification, or Registration Requirements for continued employment: Current licensure with the Virginia State Board of Pharmacy Experience REQUIRED: N/A Experience PREFERRED: Minimum of one (1) year of pharmacy practice experience in a similar setting.…
