About this role

To issue Cleanroom compliant parts to Assembly Operations in the right Quantity, right Quality & right Location 1. De-trash/de-contaminate to ensure inventory accuracy and quality in accordance with VDL Warehouse Procedures. 2. Clean parts with vacuum cleaner or wipe with Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) solution when & where necessary (for parts that are not Cleanroom packed), and check for visible damage. 3. Remove carton boxes and other non-cleanroom compliant packing materials at Transit Area. (Ensure that items such as Reports, Instruction Manuals, etc. are repacked if necessary and consolidated together with the parts in blue bins or pallets.) 4. Process decontaminated parts. 5. Scan the Assembly address barcode based on the Product Type indicated on the Picking List.…
