About this role
Responsible for assisting project lead in planning, designing, and developing assembly tooling solutions, ensuring alignment with requirements and specifications while controlling costs and lead times. He/She creates tooling designs from concept to completion, including material selection and detailed engineering drawings, defining manufacturing processes, and sourcing materials and services at competitive prices to meet targets for quality, lead time, budget, and safety. Additionally, he/she validates and tests tooling, identifies improvement opportunities, and executes and reports on improvement plans to continually enhance processes and tooling solutions.…
