Job Opportunity – CRM Training Specialist with VEGA America in Mason, OH, 45036 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Trains users on VEGA`s CRM App and best practices. Travels to branch offices in order to train and support users. Test software for quality control and new functions. Works with Global CRM team on training, development, and troubleshooting of VEGA`s CRM. Maintains CRM software and user services such as configurations and software applications. Collects data sets for internal users and formats reports based on that data.…
