About this role

Trains users on VEGA`s CRM App and best practices. Travels to branch offices in order to train and support users. Test software for quality control and new functions. Works with Global CRM team on training, development, and troubleshooting of VEGA`s CRM. Maintains CRM software and user services such as configurations and software applications. Collects data sets for internal users and formats reports based on that data. Installs and tests software upgrades.…
