Manufacturing Team Leader - 1st Shift

What you'll do: Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays. Provides lead times to Sales for non-standard equipment requests Evaluates and responds to expedite requests Ensures on-time delivery to Shipping through the proper deployment labor and equipment Develops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standards. Resolves worker issues or submits unsettled issues to Human Resources for action. Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data. Uses production data to evaluate team performance and drive improvement. Facilitates meetings of the Cell members.…
