Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager/Estimator has the opportunity to take ownership of heavy civil, DOT, and public works projects from the initial bid through final completion. This role combines estimating and project management, developing competitive bids, planning awarded work, partnering with field operations, and managing the schedule, costs, contract requirements, changes, and client relationships throughout construction.
