Robotic Welding Department Lead

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Department Leader – Robotic Welding to provide day-to-day leadership and technical support within our robotic welding operations at Spectrum Metalcraft. This position will lead and support team members, coordinate daily production activities, and help ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals are achieved. The ideal candidate combines strong robotic welding knowledge with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate others in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
