Key Responsibilities: 1. Maximize assets production while optimizing planned and unplanned expenses 2. Manage operational, financial, insurance, etc issues that occur during operational phase to minimize impact to assets performance and revenue. 3. Manage and mentor AM Operation team members 4. Contract management related with operational phase (such as renewal of lease agreements and other land contracts and obligations) 5. Liaison with neighbours, landowners and stakeholders when necessary and when related with Project Finance matters. 6.
