About this role
Veriff is actively hiring an Associate Solutions Engineer for our US and LATAM operations. The Associate Solutions Engineer will work cross-functionally to provide technical insight and expertise related to prospects and/or customers. This role will provide technical and product support throughout the pre-sales, sales, and post-sales processes, driving the internal advancement of customer requirements and ultimately ensuring customer success. From an internal perspective, this individual will enable us to always have a pulse of the market, and externally, they will need to be able to position our company in a positive light to help drive new business, retain current customers, and evangelize our product as a leading provider within the IDV/KYC industry.…
