About this role

Job Purpose: Our 2nd Press Operator is responsible for assisting the Press Operators in the press room with make readies, press equipment operations and quality control functions. Job Responsibilities: ● Assist Press Operators with press make ready and operate press based upon written instructions provided. ● Perform folder set ups and maintain press register and color. ● Read and understand job tickets for stock and color specifications. ● Verify that stock and ink match job specs on ticket. ● Perform quality pull sheet procedures according to Orora press SOPs. ● Ensure samples are pulled and labeled according to Orora press SOPs. ● Ensure each job is produced to customer specifications, meeting internal and external deadlines. ● Follow all safety policies and regulations.…
